Ich arbeite mit NGOs, Stiftungen und Unternehmen an Foto- und Filmprojekten, die gesellschaftliche Arbeit sichtbar machen – durch echte Situationen, echte Menschen und echte Kontexte.
Im Mittelpunkt stehen die Menschen in den Projekten und das, was sie bewegen.
Ich begleite diese Arbeit dokumentarisch vor Ort und übersetze sie in visuelle Geschichten, die nicht inszenieren, sondern nachvollziehbar machen, was passiert und warum es relevant ist. So entstehen Bilder und Filme, die Nähe herstellen, ohne zu vereinnahmen – und die zeigen, was soziale Projekte tatsächlich bewirken.
Die Zusammenarbeit mit NGOs, Stiftungen und Unternehmen braucht Verlässlichkeit, klare Kommunikation und die Fähigkeit, sich auf unterschiedliche Menschen und Situationen einzustellen. Ich übernehme den gesamten Prozess – von der Vorbereitung bis zur finalen Ausspielung – und arbeite so, dass Abläufe im Team möglichst unkompliziert bleiben.
Ich bin dort, wo die Arbeit passiert: in Organisationen, auf Veranstaltungen oder direkt im Projektumfeld, sehr gerne auch international und in infrastrukturell anspruchsvollen Regionen. Dabei integriere ich mich nahtlos in bestehende Logistik- und Sicherheitsstrukturen vor Ort. Technisch arbeite ich weitestgehend autark und bringe die nötige Erfahrung für netzunabhängige Produktionen mit.
Mir geht es nicht um inszenierte Szenen, sondern um reale Situationen und die Menschen, die sie prägen.

My focus is on making these individuals visible – with respect, on equal terms, and without staging.
In my work, I combine the structure of the business world with a documentary sensitivity for authentic moments.
I work as a photographer & videographer for social and cultural projects, developing visual storytelling that observes rather than stages. The goal is to preserve the dignity of the people involved while making the relevance of projects in the field of Social Impact and CSR visible.
This creates images and films that build trust and make complex contexts understandable.
Working with NGOs, foundations, and corporate partners requires reliability, clear communication, and the ability to adapt to diverse people and situations. I manage the entire process—from initial preparation to final delivery—ensuring that workflows remain as straightforward as possible for the team.
I am where the action happens: within organizations, at events, or directly in the project environment, often internationally and in regions with challenging infrastructure. I integrate seamlessly into existing local logistics and security structures. Technically, I operate largely independently and bring the necessary experience for off-grid productions. My focus is not on staged scenes, but on real situations and the people who shape them.
